For many years now, people have been used to taking care of different animals which range from livestock to pets. These animals could either be bought at local pet shops or transported through livestock vehicles and trucks or through different pet transport available in the locality. All the while, these animals proved to be very helpful to us humans, this is because these animals do not only help feed us but some of them take good care of our soul and our emotional beings. For most of the people living in the city or in the countryside, one of the most common pets or livestock would be a mammal. These mammals are kinds of animals which give birth to their young and feed their young through their mammary glands. These animals proved to be much closer to us humans probably because we do the same thing with our young. The most common mammals to be used as pets would be a dog or a cat. These two animals are considered to be the most domesticated of all the animals in the animal kingdom. Most of these pets are being taken care of in different houses around the world. Many people including the wealthy and the poor have it in their houses. These pets serve as our buddies in times of loneliness and despair. According to most studies, these pets proved to be very helpful in relieving stress and relaxing ourselves. Most of these animals are also close to humans in a way that they treat humans as friends. Most of these pets rely on humans to feed and to have a shelter or a home. Most dogs or cats would then slowly be acclimated to the community and meet other pets of neighbours in the block. Pets are not limited to the dogs and the cat. Some people also prefer rodents like mice and guinea pigs. These rodents are mostly small and are very attractive to watch. These pets are considered more vulnerable than those of the cats and the dog. Most of these pets are usually kept in an enclosed area where the cat could not reach over and eat it. Owners of these little rodents also take good care of them. Some even try to sleep with their pets and put it in their beds before going to sleep. While others prefer rodents than mammals, there are still other people who tend to be different; these small groups of people prefer reptiles such as snakes, lizards and turtles as pets. These reptiles are not that active during the day and are mostly cold blooded animals which usually like to hide in dark and cold places. While some of these reptiles prove to be somewhat dangerous. Most of them are still safe to take home. When a rodent or a reptile is kept as pets, owners would usually put them in an aquarium or a constricted place where they can move freely without the interaction of human. These animals are not as friendly as dogs and cats but prove to be lovely and interesting in their own way.
